Denkirs SHINE Configurator Guide (48V)

This tool calculates 48V magnetic track systems. It automatically selects components (tracks, connectors), checks power loads, and visualizes the layout

Step 1

Project & Color

■ Project Data: Enter Client and Manager names (visible on PDF). Set Discount % if needed
■ System Color: Switch between DN (Dark Nickel) and SB (Satin Brass) in the top header. All items update automatically

Step 2

Room Setup

■ Add Room: Click "+ Add Room". Switch rooms via tabs
■ Settings: Set Name, Type (determines Lux norms), Area, and Ceiling Height
■ Power Supply:
□ Integrated (TR-5739): Driver inside the track (Aesthetic).
□ External: User-provided driver (System adds feed only).
□ Check the "Driver Load" bar (Max 130W).
■ Mounting: Select Surface or Suspended (cables calculated automatically)

Step 3

Geometry

■ Shape: Select Straight, L, U, or Box
■ Segments: Enter lengths (e.g., 3.5m). The system optimizes 1m/1.5m tracks to minimize waste
■ Wall Transition: Click "+ Add Wall Transition" to extend track from ceiling to wall

Step 4

Lighting

■ Auto-Fill: Click "Auto-Fill (LINEAR)" to meet Lux standards automatically
■ Manual: Open "Product Catalog", click "+" to add lights. Adjust quantity in the estimate list

Step 5

Check & Export

■ Visualization: Review the plan (Red dot = Power, Yellow = Lights)
■ Estimate: Check the BOM list for items and cutting notes (e.g., "Cut to 0.5m")
■ Export:
□ Copy for Messenger: Text summary for chat apps.
□ Print PDF: Generates a professional quote with visual schemas.
